Positive: The location was perfect. Quiet, close to our meeting, and the fenced in yard was perfect to let 2-4 year olds run and play.
Negative: I wish the pool was actually heated. It was so cold. The kids still swam, but it would have been more enjoyable and used more of it were warm. Access to the garage to park motorcycles would have also been convenient.
Summary: I would definitely book this house again.

Positive: Loved 99.9% of everything about our stay (see below about the .1%)!!! The place was so clean and exactly as pictured. There was so much space, enough for our group to not feel cramped and be on top of each other but still intimate enough when we are gathered. The rooms are so spacious and the closets are amazing...coming from NYC this is quite a luxury. The beds, pillows and sheets were all so clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are so nice, water pressure in the showers were great. Stocked with so many towels and extra beddings. The kids really enjoyed the playroom, it was a safe place for them to explore and play with the games that the host provided. Such a kid-friendly home and you definitely feel the warmth of the place as soon as you walk in. The backyard is really nice too and also the pool! I mean all in all this is a top notch place to stay at especially for big groups! My friends and I would highly recommend! Just a side note about Xiomara-person managing the place....my friend left her purse at the location after we'd already checked out and didn't realize it until we were already home (1.5hr drive away). Xiomara was so responsive and worked with her so she could get her purse back ASAP and everything was in its rightful place. Trustworthy and accommodating!
Negative: The only thing we didn't like is how far the pool was from the house itself. The backyard is humungous and fenced (this is very nice with pets and kids as they are kept safely enclosed on property) but this means you have a bit of a long way to walk from the backdoor to the pool itself. Another things is the temperature of the pool. On the description it says that the pool is heated and it is but it is solar powered so if there is no sun...the water is quite cold. We didn't get to enjoy the pool as much as we wanted to because the water during the time we were there took a while to warm up as it was a bit cloudy during that time. In any case this is really the only thing that was a little unsatisfactory to us.
Summary: Perfect for a friends/family big group getaway.
