Summary: Great place to stay for all ages. Had everything we needed and lots of room to relax. Definitely will stay here again next time we come. Comfy beds, easy to get to, easy check in, everything we needed in the kitchen, lots of books and toys, great outdoor space. Thanks for providing the perfect place to stay with extended family!

Summary: The house was the perfect size for our group of 10, and it was very clean. The only things I would suggest are curtains where there are no blinds and maybe one more TV since there was only one in the house for the whole group. Otherwise, it was a great stay! Well stocked kitchen with plenty of different appliances and dishes to use.Thank you!

Summary: Property worked very well for us. Pool was great. (Couple of notes: The stay listed above is slightly incorrect. We arrived on Wed Jun 26 and left on Sun June 30). We requested additional chairs for the pool area from the owner but they were never delivered.

Summary: We had a lovely weekend in the Hudson Valley and our stay was very comfortable. The house is sparsely furnished but everything that is there is lovely and new or nearly new and in very good taste. Property is great fro family and kids.

Summary: Great for a peaceful family vacation - lots of space on the main floor, comfortable bedrooms, pool, playset plus playroom with lots of books and games. Good outings for rainy days in Poughkeepsie and other nearby towns. Super grocery store within 1/2 mile. Super support from local agent.

Summary: I rented the home for my brother's family who flew in for my son's wedding. The home was close enough to where I live so made it very convenient. The house location is great as it's private but close to grocery store, gas station, Dunkin donuts and restaurants. The only comment I would make is that it was very hot for a few of the days that they were in town and the AC cannot go below 70. I think this should be adjusted for situations when humidity and outside temps are high. All rooms had ceiling fans (one that didn't work) so that helped but was still warm for sleeping a couple of the nights. Other than that, it was perfect for our situation. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: This is a beautiful home with lots of bedrooms and extra beds. The kitchen is well stocked and open to the family room so there's tons of interaction. My family got together to attend a wedding, and the 4 cousins had never met each other before this trip. They bonded so well and thoroughly enjoyed the pool even though it was a bit chilly. Even grandma jumped in the pool! We swam in the pool every day. The property was gorgeous; it was Memorial Day weekend and all the flowers were in full bloom. The fragrance from the flowers was everywhere. The back deck had a table with chairs, umbrella and couch seating area, and opened into the dining room, so it was so comfortable. We cooked on the outdoor grill, watched movies in the family room which had a huge sectional couch, and cooked all our meals in the kitchen. There is even a second oven under the island (which we didn't notice until our last day there!) We celebrated a birthday party and the kids danced for us in the living room. The furniture is sparse; no dressers in the bedrooms and only one television in the house in the family room, but the the closets are large and walk-in and the king bed in the master bedrooms was so comfortable. We've stayed in a lot of hotels and cruise ships and rental homes; and this was one of the best mattresses we ever slept in! There is also a second king bedroom, which was great for our family. The house is very clean and we made incredible memories there which we will never forget. Everyone cried when we left. This house has tons of love inside!

Summary: Wonderful stay with our large family for my son’s graduation. Plenty of beds and options for sleeping. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, dishes, cookware and a great spice cabinet. Very pet friendly with fenced in back yard. Enjoyed our stay, great proximity to Poughkeepsie and attractions in the area. Evolve team was very responsive as our property host.

Summary: This property is beautiful and the house is clean and sleeps lots of family. Everyone enjoyed the playroom, which is upstairs, and the pool, swims et in backyard, grill. So much to do and flowers were in full bloom. We all sat together at night and watched movies. 2 ovens made cooking easy
