Summary: This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend.

Summary: We had an absolutely lovely stay in The Loft. The apartment itself was perfect, with a very thoughtful welcome hamper and everything we needed for breakfast included. It was clean and spacious with a lovely loft living area for relaxing in the evenings. A 5 min drive to the centre of historic Rye which has many sights and eating options and a great base for exploring Romney Marsh, Camber Sands and Dungeness. Would absolutely stay again!

Summary: We cannot recommend Humphries Cross highly enough. It is a lovely property for a holiday exploring the Rye/Weald of Kent area or just for a quit, restful break.

Summary: We arrived on Saturday and was amazed by the lovely view this place has to offee, the host were absolutely amazing very welcoming and friendly. They left us a beautiful hamper with some essentials, we were taken back by the amount of space this place has to offer. It's really close to shops, restaurants and the famous camber sand beach. We stayed in ground floor apartment sorry no pics but what you see on their profile is true to description. It's well layed out and cozy we wished we could stay a bit longer, but we will leave that for anytime 😊. Definitely a place to go to relax and reconnect.

Summary: Fantastic short stay in beautiful surroundings We had everything we needed and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The welcome basket was very much appreciated and a lovely touch. The owners did eveything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommended!
