Positive: It was clean etc however i was double charged. My rooms were pre payed, when i used a card for deposit i was charged again The morning of checkout there was a $170 charge for breakfast which was not us. Got a refund but still double charged as of now. If i was gonna pay $900 for 2 nights it would be crazy fancy. I got the $170 refunded but not the double charge for the rooms. FRAUD ALL THE WAY AROUND. squeeky wheele gets no answers.........I love to travel and stay at hotels, worst experience ever, so frustrsiting. Still missing money,...........ill never stay there again

Positive: We didn’t try the breakfast felt it was very expensive for the looks of it felt like you should have complementary coffee. I know there was coffee set up in the room, but it was not up to par.
Negative: The view from the room was not as pictured the coffee was terrible and very expensive. Maybe it’s just San Francisco but for the price of the room I felt it should’ve been a lot more luxurious.

Positive: Location was great and the city view was amazing. Room was very spacious with plenty of seating to relax after a long day. Very clean and water was provided.
Negative: The room was a bit dated and after staying at other Hyatt Centric hotels this one was certainly not a 4 star. The lifts and aircon units were both very noisy

Positive: The location is very accessible and near the fisherman wharf. The room was spacious.
Negative: The friendliness of the front desk needs improvement. Also, before the trip I have been trying to change the stay date but was never successful with them. The ad did not mention that there is additional taxes/fee to be paid on site and that valet parking is per day - a lot of fees before check in.
Summary: Place was good; experience was not great. First time in hyatt and might not go again.
