Summary: The service was very friendly and the room was excellent. Comfortable beds with an extra seating area. The area is absolutely beautiful. A short drive up RM 2222 has gorgeous views. Close to the lake as well. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Austin.

Summary: We enjoyed the hotel . It was clean and staff was very nice . Breakfast was supposed to come with our booking but they billed us anyway . That wasn’t right . No views of the lake which was disappointing. Probably won’t stay here again

Summary: There was a front desk attendant whose name is Kasey! you’ll see him in the picture below… He seemed to Racially Profile me. Me and my Best friend, my Wife were Celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary and he spoke Very Degrading statements to me Such as, you’ve Never stayed at a Hotel before along with an Attitude that Implied a Threat to the Security of our Already Paid for Room! I felt I had to Sort of Avoid him while he was on shift. It’s easy for someone to say you should have gotten a Refund, but who wants to deal with that on the Day of their Anniversary? Besides we were not allowed to check in until 3 pm.. I spoke with the Manager, who was very Nice and the Only Reason We didn’t ask for a Refund! Would love to do more business with this hotel. But not with Front Desk Personnel who are Not People persons.. Do yourself a Favor Hyatt because you are Well Respected in the Hotel Industry ——- Vet, Vet and Vet again all who will Saddle and Mount Your Front Desk!
