Summary: We were very pleased with our stay at Hyatt Place Ft. Lauderdale Airport & Cruiseport. The shuttle picked us up quickly, our rooms were comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and professional. The breakfast had a variety of choices which suited our group of seven. The noon checkout was especially helpful because our port arrival time was 11:45. I inadvertently left an item behind, but when I called the hotel, it had been located and I was able to make arrangements to send the item to my home. I highly recommend this hotel prior to a cruise.

Summary: We had a one night stay before our cruise. Our flight was very delayed but the hotel was kind and let us check in late. We appreciated the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. They came quickly to pick us up after we called.

Summary: We arrived very late due to plane delay. The first room we were given was nit clean and still had food from the previous guest in it. Front desk staff seemed very disinterested in customer service.

Summary: As usual it was very good. You can’t beat the location and things to do and places to eat within walking distance. I love that there is a shuttle service to pick you up from the airport and take you back.

Summary: The water in the shower didn't drain properly. You would be standing in a 3 inch puddle the whole time. There seemed to be a water issue all around, like a pipe issue. Some hallways had water soaked carpet or pools of water.
