Positive: Good location with a nice pool.
Negative: They offered a $15 credit to use at the bar which didn’t get applied to our bill and they did not respond to any queries about it. Also there was a large convention hosted during our stay so the common areas were very noisy and crowded.

Negative: It definitely needs some refurbishing, whether it is them rooms (carpets in particular) the facade, the pool area. The cleaning of the room was done in an extremely quick way partially leaving stuff that fell out from the waste bin on the floor. If you want to est in the evening, you may order from a small menu at the bar - there is no proper restaurant for dinner. The whirlpool area was extremely dirty and definitely needs some refurbishing. Apart from that, the water was not proper, there was no explanation on how to get it started, snd the spa pool urgently needed a thorough cleaning. Even after mentioning this at the reception, the area as the whirlpool were the same the next afternoon. A person was sitting actually in the whirlpool covered all over by foam. In a hotel oc this class you would expect bathrobes and slippers in the room - far from it. When asking for them at the reception, we found them thrown onto the bench standing in the hall of the entrance into our room, not folded, nor ironed. For breakfast, which was included in our room rate, they offered a nice buffet. On the last day of our stay the restaurant was quite busy and we got seated at a small round table which did not have sufficient space for two plates, two cups of coffee and to glasses of juice. When asking for a second coffee they even left the used cup on the table. Apart from that, almost none of the waiters had a smile for the client on all three days and when I asked one day for a third coffee, the waiter said the f-word in Spanish. For the price the hotel is asking you definitely expect to get a better service
