Positive: Beautiful apartment, and very spacious. There is a lift and the washing machine worked great. Keypad for front door which is convenient. The only problem is the shower is hard to get into and the floor is very slippery. Also, the lobby is not very nice in the building.
Negative: Early check out time of 10am and no luggage storage!
Summary: Nice apartment with a washing machine, beautiful decor. A bit overpriced

Positive: Comfortable clean 2 bedroom apartment. Comfortable beds and sofa, decent tv, functional kitchen. Nice location in Cheam. Helpful staff off-site when we phoned to get the pass key.
Negative: Too many emails from them. Also had to pay extra for parking, which wasn't made clear when booking, but we did in advance when we phoned to chase the room passkey. Shower above bath is a bit dated. Communal area needed a clean.
