Summary: We had a lovely couple of nights at the Imperial Hotel Hythe. We used the spa facilities and swimming pool. Our rooms were on the 4th floor with sea views. Would definitely visit again.

Summary: We were impressed straight away with how picturesque the hotel and area was, plus everywhere seemed so peaceful. This was then further enhanced thanks to the fabulous staff. The staff made us feel very welcome and they were really enthusiastic about making our experience a positive one. Ted, in the Moet and Chandon Bar, along with his Manageress, were stand out staff for us. Ted loved to make us cocktails and we certainly enjoyed drinking them! The room was comfortable and very clean, the spa facilities were ideal and the restaurant food was excellent. Definitely a hotel that we would like to return to.

Summary: From the minute you walk in, you can instantly tell that this is the kind of hotel that has excellence as its main objective, I was greeted by a lovely lass at reception who checked me in, she was confident & had great personality, it was easy an absolute pleasure to had met her, even for that short spell, she made me feel most welcome (well done, most impressed) I only wish I got her name, I stay in hotels literally every night for anything from 3-6 wks at a time all over UK & Europe, some like this just a 1 night & I’m off again, sometimes several nights whilst I’m part of an event team, but not in a long time had I stayed overnight in such a spacious & comfortable room as this, I think my 1st flat was almost the same size ! the bed was slightly too soft for me & my ageing bones, yet I did like the way it kind of felt initially as you sank into it upon lying down, liken it to lying on a fluffy cloud ! This really though, was a superb find for me, stepping away from the usual beside the motorway style accommodation, it’s a gorgeous property, well presented with staff that matched this in every way, well done & thank you for a fantastic if not brief stay.

Summary: I was not there for more than about 12 hours as I arrived early evening and left very early for Le Shuttle. It was what I would have expected from such a quick stay at a 4* hotel

Summary: Comfortable hotel in a good location. The room was spacious and the bed was huge! We stayed one night to be close to the Eurotunnel. We would definitely stay again if travelling by Eurotunnel.

Summary: We enjoyed our 2 night stay and the staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant on our second night. The food was quite good but the service was shambolic. We apparently became invisible for stretches of time. I realise there are problems with such an open space, but the cleaning up and relaying of tables for the next day were off putting while we ate.
