Positive: Location was perfect for what I needed (2min drive from the wedding venue I was photographing) and just a short drive or walk to the beach and local cafes. Arthur was lovely when I saw him on my way out in the morning, and the facilities were perfect. The room was quiet and warm, the wifi was helpful, and the bed was comfy. There was even milk and coffee for the morning before I left - will definitely stay again next time I travel for work to Dunedin!

Positive: Great location in walking distance to shops, the beach and saltwater pool. Lovely accommodation with so much beautiful details, like a flower in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay here a lot and surely be back. Thank you Arthur!
