Positive: Nice and clean welcoming staff and easy to reach the centre of Amsterdam

Negative: The property was great the only slight issues was we were miss quoted on the price to rent seven cycles but was only made aware after of this we had agreed used and returned we were told there was an outstanding balanced and demanded payment due to an employee error .

Negative: There were no coffee facilities and no fridge in the room and they wouldn’t let us take two cups to make drinks once we borrowed a kettle from reception and coffee is the main part of our holidays we don’t drink alcohol
