Positive: My room was well equipped with the expected double bed, bath, and small desk. A bar in the lobby served coffee in the morning at a decent cost. The staff was very capable and eager to assist.
Negative: It is somewhat remote for non drivers, half a km from the train/bus station. It is also set amidst large businesses and there are no stores nearby. The optional breakfast was rather expensive, 18 euros.
Summary: It is exactly what it says and does not disappoint.

Positive: The staff at reception Queenie was very helpful. She explained how we could travel around Amsterdam regarding metro and trains. She always had a pleasant smile and was very welcoming. Bus and metro conveniently located close to the hotel making it easy to travel.
