Summary: Hotel is clean and spacious enough but staffs at the check in desk wasn't very friendly. Similar experience at the check out as well.

Summary: I requested a queen bed since I was golden member I didn’t get one and hotel suggested it as an upgrade for 10€ a day. The hotel didn’t give a bottle of water as courtesy. Umbrellas for rent.

Summary: Okay hotel but nothing more. The service was terrible with unfriendly staff, and the room had some mold in the shower. Otherwise the room was comfortable and the hotel offers great amenities such as a self-service shop for snacks and drinks. The parking was surprisingly expensive compared to other hotels in European cities, and I did not receive my silver membership benefit (13€ voucher for the parking).

Summary: Great location. Not much around the hotel but walking distance to a major stop for metro. Nice room and spacious enough. Our room was right outside the elevator which wasn’t the best, but it was okay. The hotel was nice. A little disappointed with customer service in the end. There was a country wide train strike in the Netherlands and we had to leave a day early, or we would have been stuck in Amsterdam for who knows how long. As tourists, this wasn’t an option. We had to leave a day early and the hotel would not refund us for the night we wouldn’t be there, even though we all know they probably gave the room to someone else (and charging both of us). I understand there was a no refund policy, but the circumstances were so out of our control it would have been nice to have received a bit of compassion and understanding (and from the looks of the hotel, I don’t think they are necessarily hurting for money). Any amount of money back would have been appreciated, but they didn’t care at all.

Summary: Good hotel in a great location - just a few minutes' walk from the train station, with fast and frequent connections to Centraal. Rooms are good size but could do with some hooks for hanging up coats etc, and more space to hang towels in the bathroom. Nice to have a fridge and table in the room. The gym is well-equiped for a hotel gym, with a range of cardio and weights equipment. Some nice touches in the lobby like a water bottle refilling station and self-scan shop for snacks and sandwiches. Restaurant service was very slow, but we only tried once, so might have been just that night. There is bike rental in the basement. Overall, good experience, would stay again.

Summary: Nice hotel located near the Amsterdam Sloterdijk station where you can easily find public transportation to go around the city. The rooms are spacious and the staff is very kind and happy to help.
