Positive: Good breakfast. Good facilities. Gardens and grounds are very well maintained. Staff were all very helpful. Location is nice and just 5 mins drive from Villasimius. The fact that the Hotel has its reserved spot at Spiaggia Campus is a big plus. Parking there was easy as well.
Negative: Perhaps rooms need some renovation but otherwise clean.
Summary: Nice quaint place... Visited for just two nights but all the family enjoyed the stay,

Positive: I like the hotel and their personal was polite and we had a great time around Villasimius.
Negative: There is an extra tax not included in the price of the booking to use the beach service provided by the hotel.

Positive: The staff are generally friendly, they try to be helpful and work towards finding solutions.
Negative: 1- Some things are really old, like the mini-fridge, which sounds like a truck at night when it’s quiet. 2- The staff at breakfast are friendly, but the breakfast itself needs improvement. 3- You have to walk to the parking area, and this can be difficult if you have a baby. 4- There is hidden fee in this hotel. There is a mandatory daily beach fee of 10 euros per person. We went to their beach once but didn’t go back because there are much better beaches in Villasimius. So, indeed 4 extra days payment (80 EUR) was for nothing. I’m not sure if I would go back to Villasimius; some thingsq bothered me. It feels a bit like a tourist trap now, and honestly, if I go again, I wouldn’t stay at the same hotel.
Summary: It was ok but some outdated facilities, average breakfast, inconvenient parking, and a mandatory beach fee make the hote
