Tucked behind its ancient wooden door, across the quiet private courtyard and up the wide wooden staircase one floor of this 17th century building, the apartment has been beautifully remodeled and furnished for complete comfort in this exclusive setting. The large main room is impressive with its tall windows, original wooden beam, white walls and incredibly high ceilings, but has a delightful intimacy and cozy ambiance to help you feel immediately at home.
There is an attractive dining table with chairs for 4 people (plus two further dining chairs stored for extra guests) and an area with comfortable sofa and armchairs and a flat screen wall mounted television. The compact kitchen opens onto the dining area and is fully equipped with all brand-new modern appliances and utensils. A separate, thoughtfully designed laundry area with Miele washing machine and dryer is discreetly recessed behind elegant custom made cabinetry.
Both equally spacious bedrooms have king beds, hand-built closets, tastefully chosen furniture, elegant fabrics and their own bathrooms with purpose built showers and toilets. Summary: We booked this apartment for a Paris trip to celebrate our daughters 40th birthday. Apartment was wonderful with two bathrooms and bedrooms in a wonderful area. Only semi misleading item was the fact there are about 30 stairs to manage every time you access the apartment and no view.

Summary: We returned here after staying in 2019. Location is superb, quiet surrounding. Description of the property is right on, and communication with staff was efficient and clear. Beds comfortable, sitting area in living area made for lovely and relaxing times when not out and about. Note: 15-20 stair steps to the apartment. Windows do open, and air conditioning separate unit for each primary BR and living room; good quality air conditioning. Grocery/wine/cheese Shopping easy on Ile Saint Louis as others reported. Would rebook this property!

Summary: The property was exactly as shown in photos. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and luxurious linens. It was supplied with everything we needed. The location was perfect for visiting Paris - restaurants and metro stops were within a short walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return for future visits to Paris.

Summary: This property is fabulous. Immaculate. Robes for two in each bathroom. Hair dryer in each bathroom, iron and ironing board provided. We used the washer and dryer and they worked wonderfully. Kitchen area and supplies more than adequate. We only ate a quick breakfast here. Croissants and wine waiting when we arrived. Supplied with coffee, paper towels, garbage bags, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and softener, toilet paper, coffee. We used the A/C and each room is controlled individually. Worked great. Water pressure in showers great. Bath towels perfect. We did not use the TV. Safe and enjoyable area. 2 keys provided. Can walk everywhere from here. Fred checked us in and 24 hour support offered from this company. Fred was very friendly and informative. We had to text him once about a minor issue which was immediately taken care of. We met a few neighbors in passing and they were very friendly. Safe area. Reference book on table that answers any possible question and also up to date travel books in the apartment. Delicious restaurants near by. We used the transport option they provide from the airport and no glitches. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and also use this company! Thank you for everything!

Summary: This is our 2nd stay at this location. The first was with some friends in 2919. This year we decided to go back with some of our family. The location is great if you want to be near everything yet have quiet nights to sleep. Not much for a nightlife on the island, but it's not very far away either! The property is very well managed, the car service from the airport makes it so easy to get there after a long international flight, and the check-in/check-out process is stress free. If we ever make it back to Paris we will defiantly book here again. After staying here for 2 weeks it already feels like home.....

Summary: The apartment was charming, comfortable, well-equipped (the washer/dryer and iron we're handy during our weeks stay), cozy, well decorated, and the location was absolutely amazing. You feel as if you're in another world - outside of the hustle and bustle of Paris, but close to the metro and in walking distance of many fabulous arrondissements. We ate at great restaurants that were only a 10 minute walk away. Check-in was efficient - our host met us at the door and we were greeted with fresh flowers, wonderful pastries and a bottle of wine. What a thoughtful touch. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this property, especially if you want a more immersive Paris vacation.

Summary: I cannot say enough about the support that was provided by the rental agency. They went above and beyond to help us get settled in. The apartment was exactly as pictured. Spotlessly clean. A great location to see all of the Paris sights. There is no river view but being in a courtyard, it was very quiet. The kitchen was small but very adequate as we cooked in every night after shopping at all the local food stores. I definitely would recommend this apartment.

Summary: Check-in was seamless; apartment was comfortable. Well-heated, nice sized washer/dryer, spacious bathrooms, very comfortable beds. Crisp/clean linens and towels. Tastefully decorated. Short flight upstairs. Felt very safe. Terrific location close to amenities, restaurants, bridges to Le Marais, Saint-Germaine, and Ile de la Cite. No major issues; couple minor issues with lack of cold water in kitchen and tv connection, but other than that, our stay was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Summary: As an exchange student in Paris 28 years ago, I remember dreaming of one day staying in an apartment on the Ile St Louis... and my dream came true! My husband and two kids (12 and 9) stayed here for a full week at the end of July / first week of August. We were absolutely thrilled from beginning to end. You step off the busy, hot Quai along the Seine and into a serene, tidy courtyard. The apartment itself is roomy and comfortable, and quiet! We felt transported to another world and another time. Every time we came back from another big Paris adventure (walking tour, food tour, bike tour...), we breathed a huge sigh of relief and happiness when we walked through the front door. It was such a soft place to land. The A/C worked well (we were caught in a 24 hour heat wave), we used the kitchen and the washer/dryer, and the TV for Netflix and it all went off without a hitch. Everything worked great. The showers had awesome water pressure and plenty of hot water, the beds were comfortable. In terms of the location, we thought it was just perfect. We made liberal use of the metro and bus systems to get to places like the Louvre and Eiffel Tower, and then when explored the Marais, Latin Quarter and Saint Germain, we simply walked everywhere. There are countless excellent restaurants / boulangers / cafes just steps from the apartment (we mostly went to the Marais for our supplies). Do bear in mind that Paris really does shut down the first week of August, so we had to walk further afield to find things like coffee and baguettes to supply our kitchen. Nearly every shop on the Ile St Louis was shuttered. It worked out fine and it turned out to be not much of a bother, but just something to bear in mind. 5 stars! Can't wait to come back!
