Summary: We did not actually get to stay here due to the hotel being under renovations and didn't have enough rooms for us. The customer service was fantastic though. They already had a "just as good; if not better" nearby hotel room reserved for us. They even had all payments and information already switched over seamlessly. The lobby of the hotel look really nice, and I will definitely keep this on the top of our list for when we return.

Summary: Very central location. Lovely breakfast, which, however, was overpriced! Very helpful staff and well kept property with all necessary amenities. Would have welcomed a cool water station at reception! Highly recommended even though rather pricey

Summary: This hotel was an excellent choice. The location cannot be better. Easy walking to everything nearby, but also quiet and outside the main hustle-bustle. The staff printed our concert tickets for us, gave us great suggestions, and even dropped off a birthday card and treat. (They must have seen it on my passport.) We're not big breakfast eaters, and the Backwerk across the street was perfect for a quick pastry or yogurt and cappuccino.

Summary: Great location across from the Mirabell and excellent transport links. The hotel is clean and well-organized and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious, with a/c and a good bathroom/shower.

Summary: Super location. Appreciated the AC on the warm day. Double glazing muffles the church bells effectively. Good wifi. One USB-A and USB-C socket provided. Daily housekeeping excellent. Reasonably solid temp control in shower. Umberellas for free rental in reception. Appreciated the free public transport for duration of stay. Made us explore much further. Water quality for kettle/drinking not great. Room 402 has a light out by the TV

Summary: Great location in Salzburg. Parking was a issue as the area is very busy and parking iz two blocks away. Hotel offered discount but no help in parking car.
