Positive: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cosy unit. It had everything required for our week-long stay, including lots of towels, extra bedding and bits and bobs in the fridge and pantry to utilise. Extremely close to public transport and walking distance to the local shopping centre.
Negative: The rooms upstairs were very hot and we ended up sleeping in the lounge as it had A/C. A $150 bond was also required which we only found out on the day of stay - Would have been handy to know earlier in case we didn’t have the money on us and we ended up getting a family member to transfer the money as we have foreign bank accounts.

Positive: Exactly as described, clean, modern, secure with everything for a nice comfortable stay. Friendly helpful owner and family who went out of way to accomodate our small dog and checkin requirements
Negative: You are in a city near a busy road so expect some traffic noise if you leave a window open but it didn’t bother us. Nothing else but best check on parking first if you have ute length of vehicle as the garage is the only official park in complex and although large, just fitted our 5m long by 2m high by 2m wide SUV
Summary: Thanks Todd, we will rebook here next West Auckland visit

Positive: Nice and clean place to relax, I liked that our vehicle was secure in the garage. Our host was amazing and acommodating
Negative: One thing we'd recommend is putting an air conditioning unit upstairs it was super hot and couldn't sleep the fan was just moving the hot air around. Everything else is amazing

Positive: It’s prefect for the family. Very clean and comfortable. Location is close to supermarket and Lynn Mall. The host is lovely to message and check if everything is ok. The townhouse has all the facilities you need with a garage and small garden. The only thing is the stairs are bit hard to lift the suitcase. We had a good time to stay.

Negative: We went there at the end of September.The bedrooms located on the top level of the house. and we found it really hot. Although there was a fan available but that's not good enough. It will be extremely hot during summertime
