Nestled on the third level, the condo features a spacious open floor plan with an abundance of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the day. Comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests, it’s ideal for a romantic escape or a cozy family retreat.

Our Immaculate Airy Retreat comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with a cozy queen bed and a queen sofa bed. Enjoy premium, freshly cleaned blankets, sheets, bath and beach towels. The fully equipped kitchen includes a complimentary coffee bar with K-cups, tea, sugar, creamers, to-go cups and cookie jar. We also provide essential toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer), plus extras like an iron/ironing board, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys and a selection of classic board games, cards, and books. For entertainment, there are 2 TVs with Amazon Fire Stick (guests log into their own streaming accounts). Stay connected with 1-Gig Wi-Fi—perfect for remote work!

This condo is located on the third floor of a quiet 18-unit building, with some shared spaces among condo owners. Guests have balcony seating in front of the condo, as well as a shared laundry room, elevator, indoor and outdoor staircases & BBQ grill. Off-street parking for 1 vehicle is included, plus a Seaside Heights parking pass for an additional paring spot on the street (municipal parking fees are enforced from April 1st to October 31st). We also provide 4 seasonal beach badges (a $220 value) for your convenience.
Other things to note
⚠️ We do not accept bookings for prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party reservations. Our property is designed for families and adult couples/groups. The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must stay on the property for the entire duration of the booking. Booking on behalf of someone else is not permitted.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this rental, especially because of its fantastic location within walking distance to the Jersey Shore. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. However, we reached out to the host with a question and, unfortunately, did not receive a direct response. While this didn’t significantly impact our stay, more direct communication would have made the experience even smoother. Overall, a great spot for enjoying the beach, and we’d consider staying again!

Summary: Pictures do not do this property justice! Beautifully decorated, spacious and immaculately clean. Not a single detail overlooked.... from the snacks on the coffee bar to the salt water taffy treats for his guests, Michael's special touches throughout the condo makes staying at this seaside retreat an absolute pleasure.The location could not be better, very central located and only a short walking distance to all the attractions... beaches, boardwalk, restaurants, and amusements.Michael's communications were superb – A five-star host! His check in instructions covered every single detail and he maintained good communication with me during my entire stay. I would have absolute confidence in booking any property that he hosts. I would definitely come back to this stylish condo. Would 100% recommend.

Summary: What a little gem. This third floor condo in a very nicely converted beach block hotel was perfect for my brief stay. Every amenity was provided: from a cloud like high end mattress and cotton sheets to a coffee machine with pods and cookies to shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. And yes, the place is spotless and Michael was super responsive!

Summary: The condo was lovely - very well maintained. A lot of great perks and little surprises that made it extra special. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk were perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. The only hiccup in the process was that I was note provided a code for the door in advance, although every communication I recaps I would. Luckily Micheal was very quick to respond and very helpful.
