Summary: The house was immaculate. The pool was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. It is a peceful place and that is what we were looking for. Even the fishing was good off the dock! The Evolve project manager was unbelievable. We have stayed at many VRBOs in US Canada and Europe and this is top on our list for a domestic location. Highly recoommend it for a couple or a family. The deck even has colapsable gates that would prevent access to the pool by little ones. They seem to have thought of everything. There are 3 different family areas so the family can spread out.

Summary: The house is huge and very well kept. It was in a quite location and the lake right off the back was amazing. I do agree with some of the other reviews the lawn needs watered badly.

Summary: Amazing property - great bedroom layout/floorplan. Wonderful pool and dock/lake views. We will be back next spring! Very well-equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. It was a great get away and a great property!

Summary: The house was really nice and peaceful stay. We were here for the race at Carolina Motorsports park so it was a perfect location! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook! Will be staying here again! The contact person for the property responds quickly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right!

Summary: We rented this home for a long weekend for our son’s graduation in Columbia. It’s about an hour to downtown Columbia but great setting to relax and spend time with family after graduation. Great space, beautiful lake setting, fabulous screened porch. The kitchen stocked with everything we needed. It was early in the season to use the pool or lake but enjoyed the views!

Summary: Location was great with amazing views. Property is in need of some landscaping and house repairs. Overall, accommodated our family needs with plenty of space. Of note, the parking is tight if bringing larger watercraft.

Summary: Place is pretty but toilet seat in hallway down stairs was coming off and we had to fix it. Up stairs bathroom no lights all were burned out. Pool and basket full of trash left over from previous renter. The floor in game room was wet the host said it was do to rain came in under side door. Before we left we discovered that the shower above it was leaking and coming through the light fixture. Because while we were packing up and someone was showering and it was coming down. I sent a video to the host. The deck was in bad repair and unsafe. Also the deck going down to the dock was in bad need of repair. The host did come and try to clean pool and put light bulbs in. Some of these things should have been handled by the cleaning crew. When you spend money to treat the family you just should not have to worry about issues that take away from your family time.

Summary: The property was perfect for six adults. The view is amazing and there is lots of privacy.. The rooms were large. The management company was very responsive. Our only concerns are some broken boards on the deck and dock, a broken recliner in the rec room and the condition of the wall the dart board is hung on. They are minor issues that did not effect our enjoyment of the weekend we spent there.
