Come to Seneca Lake and spend your family vacation "In the Moment!" Located in the heart of Finger Lakes wine country, this cottage is ideal for guests of all ages. With an eastern facing view, enjoy beautiful sunrises each morning!
The main entry from the parking area leads the way into your lakeside “home away from home.” Inside, the remodeled kitchen greets you. The open floor plan allows for enjoying a drink and conversation while meals are being prepared.
The living area overlooks the lakefront through large, picture windows. Furnished with a sofa and two sitting chairs, this area is ideal for enjoying the view or enjoying a movie night on the 55” inch flat screen Smart TV.
Four bedrooms are yours to choose from while staying at In the Moment. The first bedroom on the south end of the home features a Queen Size bed and large closet. The middle bedroom is similarly furnished with a Queen Size bed, and is located directly next to the bathroom. The third bedroom on the south end of the cottage offers two bunk beds; perfectly suited for couples with small children. The forth bedroom offers a lake view with queen size bed and 40” Smart TV.
The large, screened-in porch spans the front of the cottage and offers a cooling retreat during the hot summer days. A picnic table and a variety of patio furniture ensure that guests will have plenty of space to eat and relax. The deck located off the front of the screened-in porch is ideal for barbecuing and overseeing the lakefront activities.
A spacious, permanent dock at the water is available for sun bathing, fishing, or mooring your boat. At the north end of the property is a small five-foot strip of natural beach, ideal for children or launching a kayak.
American Bald Eagles and Ospreys nest nearby and can often be seen fishing on the lake. While visiting the area you'll be within a five-minute drive to award winning wineries and breweries such as Anthony Road Winery, Torrey Ridge Winery and Climbing Bines Brewer. Nearby restaurants include Ports Café and Veraisons – both are a local treat! Mr. Twisties Ice Cream Stand is just north and is the perfect way to sprinkle smiles into your Seneca Lake vacation. Summary: Overall a nice property. Not cleaned, no beds were made when we got there but within a few minutes of arriving an associate showed up, saw the situation and took it upon herself to clean everything, make the beds and apologize profusely. Such a nice women! Also, within an hour new propane tanks were delivered. Much appreciated! Thanks so much!

Summary: We had a great stay the house was beautiful with lake front beautiful sunset of the dock , quiet neighborhood not far from towns and local wineries. Few small things here and there didn't work but all in all had a great time and was very cozy

Summary: The spot was perfect for our family. The setting right on the lake is beautiful although a little rough to get to. Small items of notice - please add some mirrors! Cottage was clean although needs a little TLC. And a new toaster as the cord had actually been cut! And yes there is a keurig and extra blankets and several port-a-cribs. Beds were especially comfortable and sheets were nice. Thank you so much for sharing. Would definitely come back.

Summary: Gorgeous location and lovely interior. I don’t think we could have found a better location to stay on Seneca Lake. If you want to be right on the water, this is the place to be. The house is just steps away from the crystal clear water. The back deck and dock really complete the lakeside life. We got up at sunrise each morning to just enjoy watching the lake wake up from the deck. I would have loved to stay longer. Overall, fantastic property that I would definitely return to and recommend!

Summary: The property was peaceful for the most part, and we really enjoyed watching the Eagles over the lake. We could have done without the neighbors two doors down on the right leaf blowing at 8am on Saturday and then the neighbors two doors down on the left shooting ducks with very loud rifles at sunrise on Sunday. Those early am hours are precious for relaxing and listening to nature and the noisy neighbors ruined that. I didn't even know it was legal to hunt right off your dock. Won't stay there again.

Summary: Upon arrival, the property looked just like the pictures. It was very clean and spacious and even though there were ten of us, we all had plenty of room. The dock was beautiful and great for eating lunch together while enjoying the sun and the water. The surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful and it was easy to relax and take in the beautiful view. At night we were able to utilize the fireplace as well as the enclosed porch area. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.
