Summary: The condo was roomy, comfortable, well stocked, well furnished, and the views were exceptional. We spent a lot of time on the wrap around deck, which also was furnished nicely. The boat slip was just below the condo and very handy. The only negative was the elevators were not operational due to damage from a prior hurricane, but that provided an opportunity to get a little extra exercise.

Summary: This was the perfect place for a family reunion of older siblings and the Navy Cove area was peaceful and convenient. Although our timing was critical dodging a tropical storm, we were able to rearrange our trip to accommodate everyone. We realize the hurricane seasons might be risky but with travel insurance and being able to rearrange dates with the owner made our trip successful. This unit has the best view and accommodations of all. Navy Cove marina provided us all the fishing we cared to partake in, from catching our own bait with a cast net to fishing off the piers in the morning or later at night. We will stay again in the future.
