Summary: Wonderful peaceful location. Fabulous pool and wonderful welcome from Daniel with wine and biscuits. If you want a rural, tranquil and very peaceful break this is the place. Recommend a car as we wanted to visit the beautiful beaches about 15 mins away and local restaurants. Thank you Daniel.

Summary: Lovely clean property with good air-conditioning throughout Lovely private pool Good tennis court Very rural with spectacular views Excellent local agricoturismo monte entosu Daniele the landlord was always available and happy to help with every detail from local advice to booking lovely restaurants I burst a tyre on arrival at the property on Saturday evening and he managed to get a friend out on Sunday to replace it so we could get out and about. My teenage daughters to my surprise loved the whole experience We will go back

Summary: Our vacation feeling had already begun before we arrived. This is because the owner Daniele is a really heartfelt and friendly person trying his best to make your stay as convenient as possible for you. Any question or problem had been responded / solved quickly. The building is really clean and we'll equipped. It has two bathrooms, two sleeping rooms and a large kitchen. The mattress in the parents' sleeping room is of excellent quality (memory foam), the kitchen already has some supplies like salt, sugar, coffee, and olive oil. The private pool is being frequently cleaned by Daniele using a cleaning robot. The building is located a couple minutes off coast uphill. From there, you have a great view. It is a really quiet place which we liked a lot. Leaving after two weeks was a little hard, we really loved the place. But we've already planned our next vacation there.

Summary: First the one thing that we felt could have been outlined better in the description. The property is one of 3 houses each with its own swimming pool and BBQ area. 2 of those houses are very close together and if both are occupied (which was the case for 3 days with us) the privacy of both is not ideal as the swimming pool for our property is directly overlooked by the people in the other house. Apart from this our stay was excellent, Daniele was always on hand and very accommodating. The proximity to the shop/town/beach is spot on. We didn't use the pool (freezing in October) but we swam in the sea every day. Spiaggia di Ampurias was an absolute gem, no people, clear blue sea, showers, crab hunting, cliff climbing and the coffee shop right next door + free parking from 1st of October. The property itself has everything you need and everything works!

Summary: My wife and I rented this villa for 10 days and we found the location idyllic. It is situated on an elevated site with great views of the surrounding countryside. It is about a 15 minute drive from Castelsardo which has many restaurants to choose from. Daniele was an excellent host and was always on hand if needed without being intrusive. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a quiet place to relax.

Summary: Daniele is a considerate and kind host who has provided everything you need for a restful rural escape. He kindly gives recommendations for places to visit and is happy to book local restaurants. The pool is gorgeous, with panoramic views. You are only disturbed by the hum of the insects and the mooing of the cows- the perfect way to relax away from crowded resorts.

Summary: The house is located at a great spot; it is near the beaches (approx 15/20 min drive) and near Castelsardo. It is situated in the hills from where you have a great view. The house is nice, clean and has everything you need. It was perfect for us (family of 4). We also enjoyed the big barbecue, pool and the tennis court! Daniele really makes an effort to make your stay very enjoyable. He is a great host! Thank Daniele for everything! We had a geat stay.

Summary: All the practicalities with Daniele were smooth. He was very quick to respond to everything. I missed some kitchen accessories but we managed without. Inside the villa there are basically only bedrooms, bathrooms and the kitchen so the "living room" is outside which is fine in Sardinia. It was a surprise to me that just a few meters away is a second villa. You can't see it in the photos shown. It was no problem to us though. The neighboring villa had a beautiful lawn while ours wasn't taken care of at all. That I didn't understand. All in all, we liked our stay. But one definitely needs a car there.

Summary: We rented this villa for 9 nights and had a wonderful holiday on this beautiful island . The situation was the perfect place to relax in , quiet and peaceful set on a hill with spectacular views across the countryside towards the sea , wonderful . Thank you Daniele for being the perfect host always on hand , but never intrusive and so welcoming . We would recommend an evening at the local Agroturismo wonderful food , great atmosphere , an experience not to be missed . A wonderful holiday was had by all . Pat Long and friends.
