Summary: We had a fantastic stay in Nulvi we couldn’t ask more of Rita and her father Ricardo they were fantastic. Very welcoming and very generous with their welcoming pack of local food and wine. We especially loved the fresh eggs from their hens every day. Our children loved collecting them and checking in with the other animals. The villa was ideal for our family and the pool was super fun, really safe for children and cleaned every day. Lovely views from the villa and a short walk into Nulvi very handy for our Pizza nights out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay 😁

Summary: Very nice and helpfull owners, we came late in the evening and Rita and father where there with a warm welcome and lots of local food and drinks! The house is private, with a great pool and animals at the edge of a smal village with a pizzeria and supermarket nearby. Grazie Mille to Rita and her father for a great week!

Summary: Rita let us in the house in the morning. Fresh vegetables and eggs, the childeren love the animals and the swimmingpool. Rita was very sweet and helped us with everything we asked.

Summary: The house provided everything you would need and want for a family holiday. The facilities for the children are superb from the swimming pool & slides to archery, table tennis, table football and mini football, it was fantastic! Ideal location in which to travel the north of the island. Rita and her father were great hosts. The pool was cleaned daily and they provided us with lots of lovely homemade and local food/drinks. We even had a pizza waiting on arrival as we were too late to go for dinner! I cannot recommend this house enough. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday, thank you.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this property in July 2019. The villa was exceptionally clean and easy to find. The owner, Rita, was in regular contact with us both before and during our stay to check that everything was ok. Rita and her father were kindly there to meet us upon arrival and show us around. They had bought some food and drink for us, which was extremely kind. Rita's father had even given us some of his homemade wine and eggs from their chickens. Rita and her father were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome at their villa. The villa was very clean, lovely and private with our own private driveway. It was wonderful to have access to the private pool and the games room, archery and football area were a real hit with our children. We also loved visiting the animals they had. My children loved seeing the chickens, rabbits and pony! It really is a super property which I would highly recommend and certainly visit again the future. The villa was close to the village of Nulvi so we could walk in. Approximately 20-30 minutes drive to the beach but we found the roads easy to drive and navigate. There seemed to be little traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave! The villa was perfect! Huge thanks to Rita and her family! We hope to visit again soon in the future!

Summary: We spent one week in this great house with our two children. The house is a paradise for children offering everything you could possibly need for your stay. With a great pool area, plenty of things to discover such as football and basketball playground, bikes and Bobby cars as well as all the animals also living at the property. The highlight for the children was to go to the chickens and look for eggs in the morning. Rita and her father are lovely hosts making sure that you have an unforgettable stay. They stay at your disposal for any kind of questions or requests. Thank you so much for everything!! We

Summary: What can we say about our stay at Villa Colle! Well it was fantastic, the villa itself was perfect for us and the children, we loved the pool so much and the children were in their elements. Rita and her father Ruggero were so kind , cleaning the pool each morning, taking out the rubbish each day, even coming to our rescue when we had a puncture on our car. They were there on call anytime even though google translate had to be used we seemed to know what we were each saying. The view from the villa is astounding and is only 25 minutes drive to a very big shopping arcade in Sassari. We will definitely be coming back in the not too distant future. Thank you Rita and Ruggero for a wonderful stay.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Rita's house which is located right at the village entrance of Nulvi. The apartment is very well equipped, with a spacious living room that includes a ping-pong table, a corner with a small table and toys for children and a table football. Our two little children enjoyed the many possiblites to play inside and outside as well the nice private pool that was cleaned every morning by Rita's father. Rita and her family are very friendly and welcoming - thank you again for letting us stay in your villa! Our 4-year old son was invited every morning to help feeding the different animals - one of his favourite acitivities every day, especially as he could proudly bring fresh new eggs for breakfast. Nulvi is a calm and very authentic sardinian village, and quite a good starting point to explore the North west, with great beaches approx. 20 to 30 minutes away. It's a great place to stay if you like to have your own private place away from the touristic villages and enjoy the comfort of having your own pool and a spacious place with great view.

Summary: This home is equipped with everything you need and the home owners (Rita and her family) made sure we had some basic essentials upon arrival. Super quiet and private location but a short walk into the local town including a fantastic little swing Park, cafes and little grocery shop. The main supermarket is at the other end of town and 2 minutes drive away. Due to its central location, it only takes 20 minutes to get to the beach or around an hour to get almost anywhere on the north of the island so we explored several places. We had our 20 month old boy Jensen with us whilst I was 5 months pregnant. The Sardinians including the home owners loved our little boy but love kids (and pregnant women) in general. You can even legally queue jump in the major supermarkets :-) There are a few animals kept by Ritas father (we called him Roger) a short walk from the villa but all enclosed within the property up in the surrounding hilly areas. Close enough to collect fresh eggs every day and for Jensen to feed the sheep, duck, chickens and horse but far enough away that you can't hear them (except the baa of the sheep when you come up the drive) He loves attention! They also grow grapes, tomatoes, pears, apples, courgette and who knows what else but they kindly told us we could pick what we wanted! The pool was cleaned daily by Roger but with no intrusions whilst we stayed. Rita texted every couple of days to make sure we were all OK. She also provided a good quality cot and high chair. Jensen slept for 12 hours every night! Our bed and linen was also very comfortable and I think the darkness due to the window shutters made it easier to sleep in peace. Temperature was great. We had air conditioning but never needed to use it as the house is built in such a way that it is protected with thick stone walls to cool it down naturally. Everywhere is lockable including all areas of the house, gardens and pool. This is especially important for little explorers. Now for the toys and games! Jensen had access to pool toys, cars, lego, crayons, bucket and spade and ride on toys for all ages of little people. They have a huge outdoor fully enclosed and safe mini football area with nets, basketball hoop, archery including well working bow and arrows and indoor ping pong and football table. Would we go back? Definitely! I rarely go back somewhere a second time but this is a perfectly equipped home which takes all the stress away when you have young ones to look after.

Summary: We had a wonderful week in Villa Colle. There is lots of outdoor space as well as a well equipped large games room. The pool is lovely, (it was cleaned early every morning by Rita's father who also attended to the animals). There was wifi although on some days it was rather slow, but we really appreciated having it. Rita was very friendly, she kindly left us lots of local food and wine, let us borrow a beach umbrella and helped us find somewhere to print our boarding passes before we left. (We were able to communicate using google translate.) We went to the beaches at Lu Bagnu, and also enjoyed driving to other places such as, Aggius, Tempio, Nuraghe Majori and Monte Limbara.
