Positive: We had a one night stay in January while in the area; it is ideally located for exploring Canterbury, Whitstable and other areas of Kent. We will definitely be back for a longer stay to enjoy the superb property and grounds. Rob was very welcoming and informative about the property and local area. The quality of the decor and furnishings was far higher than so many other "annexes" tucked away on someone's land. I would imagine it will be lovely staying there in Spring or Summer with longer evenings and no doubt plenty of wildlife around. Plenty of literature available for exploring the area.
