Positive: A very comfortable, warm, spacious family holiday home. Very clean, very well equipped, adequate parking, secure garden, well positioned in the village of Hawes, lots to do in the area. Games & toys for all ages available. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Negative: 4pm arrival time is very late in the day when travelling with very young children but we did manage to negotiate an earlier time slot for which we were very grateful.

Summary: A superb large family/party size accommodation, extremely well equipped & very comfortable.

Positive: Very well appointed cottage, very well equipped, lots of clear and useful information on how everything worked. Great location, and spacious house.

Negative: The only negative was the timing of hot water which caught us out on the first day not realising the hot water goes off at 9am and not everyone had showered by then.

Positive: Great location in a private road and a well furnished house. Ideal for our small group who were walking in the Yorkshire Dales. Furnishings all seemed brand new, beds and sofas very comfortable.

Negative: Parking for 2nd car was not ideal. We were asked to move a car although it was in a space labelled for Ings House. Only a minor issue.
