Positive: The hotel room was nice, and the staff was very helpful.

Negative: I didn't like the parking at the location. Parking was quite difficult to find at first, because there were very narrow streets near the hotel. There was a public parking lot near the hotel that was VERY cheap, which the staff was very helpful to point out to us. However, when we first got to the parking lot, it was full, and I had to park in another spot. So, I can definitely recommend this hotel because of its quality and comfort. But if you do plan to park a car there, be aware you might have to look a while for a good spot.

Positive: Great location, a little bit far from the center of the city, but the hotel is very close to the bus station and metro station, and that it’s very convenient. Also there are a lot of little restaurants, Paris Baguette, Seven Eleven next to the hotel. Staff speaks English, very polite and positive. You can put the room’a card on the first at reception and staff will clean your room.

Negative: It was too damp in the room.

Summary: Good location, near bus and metro station, good staff, but it is too damp in the room

Positive: There is bed warmer and there is a common area at ground floor where you can take a shower and use the toilet and water cooler.

Negative: The owner replied my email that we can deposit our luggage at 10am+ but no one was there when I arrived. I had to call the local mobile number which doesn't have WhatsApp for data call, so I had to use roaming and afterwhich, the owner started to communicate with me using SMS which is costly pay per use to foreign number. It would have been fairer for the staff to be at the counter after agreeing that I can leave my luggage there at 10am, or at least they should have whatsapp or data messaging so that we can communicate at no additional cost. The shower water was hard to control the temperature but I learned to use it. The room windows and doors not insulated, so it is quite cold during Oct. However they provide good heated mattress so night sleep was not an issue:)
