Summary: Aside from its beachfront location, it does not meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel. For example, when borrowing an umbrella, they required room verification three separate times and even a signature. Additionally, when filling the bathtub, the tap must be continuously held down for the water to run, which is highly inconvenient.

Summary: Paradise Hotel Busan has an unbeatable location — right next to Haeundae Beach and the Busan Sea Life Aquarium, with convenient parking and a genuinely enjoyable bar. Those are real strengths. But for a property at this price tier, the room itself felt average, and the dining was a disappointment. We spent over 500,000 KRW on sushi that simply didn’t meet the standard you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. The pools were also noticeably overcrowded. The location does a lot of heavy lifting here — the hospitality experience needs to catch up.

Summary: Fantastic accommodation with stunning views and within easy walking distance to all of Haeundae Beach. The hotel bar was exceptional, very spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and skilled, focusing on the proper craft of making drinks rather than gimmicks. The mixology was spot-on in both taste and proper presentation, something rare in Asia. Loved that the jazz and blues music added a perfect touch to the atmosphere. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!
