Summary: after our ferry from port hardy we had booked this hotel to stay at once we got off and glad we did knowing the front desk was open 24/7. we arrive around 2:30am with other passengers and then went off to our room which had comfy beds, great pillows (no lumps) and what was needed in a clean bathroom. only gripe was the continental breakfast which most of it wasn't self serve and a person behind a desk prepared what you wanted...that was odd, but maybe necessary due to most people being slobs.

Summary: Great views and comfortable room. Service was a little abrupt but still the best place to stay in Prince Rupert.

Summary: We were stayed overnight on our way from Haida Gwaii back to Port Hardy by ferry. The hotel staff were very welcoming - we even received a room upgrade when we mentioned it was our 30th wedding anniversary! They provided a brown-bag breakfast service for those, like us, who are making an early start to catch the 7.30am ferry, which was very much appreciated. Our harbour-view room was very comfortable with a large shower, plenty of seating and an extremely comfortable king bed
