Positive: Being moved to room 406, which had a comfortable bed, a working heater, working lights and a toilet that flushed properly. It had also been partly renovated and looked clean and fresh. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful
Negative: Initially we were in room 212. Whilst it was actually clean, it looked old and grimy and was very worn, it was cold, the heater didn't work, the bed was hard, the pillows were like rocks, the wall lights didn't work and the toilet didn't flush properly
Summary: Don't stay on the second floor! The rooms are terrible! It was a dump! Ask to stay in a room on the 4th floor. I

Negative: No A/C. Room had 2 oscillating fans one which didn’t expel air even though the blades turned. Very very hot in the room
