Summary: Amazing location for us as we were there for dance festival and were a 5 minute walk to the performing arts centre, breakfast was made fresh daily for us and our dog was welcome to join us free of charge Very funky accommodations and we enjoyed our stay

Summary: The good first: the room appeared clean at first glance, the breakfast was very good. The hard parts: the hostess was shockingly unfriendly, and seemed to resent we were staying there. The shower in our room was so full of mildew, I couldn’t use it. Took a bath instead. The towels didn’t smell clean. The sheets were so limp it seemed like they were probably not freshly washed. Pillows were old and matted into hard masses. Window coverings obviously salvaged from much smaller windows. Everything was just slapped together without much thought to aesthetics. It strongly suggested to me that the hostess doesn’t care much at all about her business and doesn’t like people at all. The tall trees are beautiful though and if you don’t care about any of the stuff above, you’ll love this place.

Summary: Nice neighbourhood, close to amenities and walking trails. The room was nice and roomy with a little fridge and the ability to use the full kitchen.

Summary: Not enough parking for all guests. Very burnt electrical receptacle in the room. Dogs in kitchen cooking and eating area. Host was aggressively negative regarding other businesses in the area using language that was not family friendly, had questionable hygiene particulary with no handwashing between handling dogs, her hair and food she was serving guests. No railing on stairs. Laundry messily piled in guest areas. Would absolutely not recommend this establishment.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast — it was absolutely delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. You can really tell the hosts put care into every detail.
