Positive: Location is good, outdoor swimming pool is not open but only a kids waterpark, indoor swimming pool is available and it is good. Breakfast is okay but too crowded after 9:00AM. The hotel room facilities are outdated, but the resort is well-maintained with beautiful scenery. The travel photography styling requires an additional fee, but the photos are skillfully taken and completed in just 30-40 minutes.
Negative: The daily free activities, such as floating water lanterns, are too short. The room is particularly humid, and the old carpet causes a strong odor. The dehumidifier fills up with water in just one afternoon.
Summary: Overall, aside from the scenic views of the resort, other aspects do not quite meet the standards of an InterContinental

Positive: Nice resort was quiet in November and restaurants only open at peak times. Pool was under renovation.
Negative: Check in confused eg Staff not aware of EU visa free travel and taking pictures of passport on personal phones - ok it is a rural location, but do your training

Positive: Very beautiful hotel with excellent facilities! A great romantic place to stay for a couple and also perfect for families with kids. The rooms were very comfortable and well decorated and pool and gym were excellent. And the staff were the most gracious and helpful.
