23 guests can sleep comfortably in this 5 bedroom, 3 bath home! In total, there are 1 King, 3 Queen, 5 doubles, 3 single beds & 1 sofa queen bed.
Our newly remodeled home features a rain curtain water feature, an exceptionally designed backyard, outdoor kitchen area, entertaining game room and endless amenities. Close to events such as Coachella, Stagecoach, BNP Paribas, and Acrisure arena.

POOL HEATING (OPTIONAL)
The pool can be heated for an extra fee of $75 per day and the jacuzzi can be heated for $50 per day. You can let us know whenever you would like it, whether it be weeks in advance or the day of your stay. Depending on the time of the year, the pool takes 5-8 hours to be heated to 87 degrees. The jacuzzi takes 20-40 minutes to be heated to 100 degrees. You can let us know if you would like them warmer or less warm. Please note that only one can be heated at a time. It would be ideal to let me know in advance so I can heat the pool early in the morning to give it time to heat and switch to jacuzzi in the afternoon when it's time to unwind.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT
We do offer the option of early check-in/late checkout if and only the property is not booked the day before or booked the day you checkout. If the property is booked the day before, you would not be able to check in early. If the property is booked the day you checkout, late checkout won't be possible. For early check in, you would be able to check in at 11 am for a fee of $75 instead of checking in at 4pm. For late checkout, you would be able to checkout at 4pm for a fee of $75 instead of checking out at 11am. Both fees are separate. Please let us know if you would like to check in early/checkout late.
PETS (FREE OF CHARGE)
You can bring 2 pets free of charge. If you would like to bring more, please reach out to us.
SMOKING
This is a non-smoking house. You are allowed to smoke outside but by no means is smoking allowed inside. Smoking odor is hard to eliminate which makes it unpleasant for the guest after you. If smoking odor is detected after your check out, you will incur a fee of $500 for having to take extra steps to eliminate the odor.
HOUSE RULES
~Loud music and noise is not allowed outside from 10pm-8am
~Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors
~We do charge a $500 party fee for overly excessive noise and loud music.

Summary: Humberto was an amazing host--I've never worked with someone who was so responsive and prompt. Property was clean! Our kids had a blast playing in the pool. The one downfall of the property is that there is a fairly busy street right on the other side of the backyard fence.

Summary: Property was very clean and well laid out with modern looking upgrades. Fully equipped game room was a nice plus. Back yard was also very nicely laid out. The only issue I had was that, for some reason, I was not able connect the master bedroom TV to the WiFi. All the other TVs worked fine.

Summary: First of all the pictures in comparison to the actual home, the home in person is so much better. The remodel and furniture were nicely done! The entertainment games were so much fun the best feature in the home aside from the pool! The host, Humberto was spot on with communication. My experience along with my friends experience was very pleasant! I’d most definitely come back. He’s super accommodating to having gatherings and making sure you’re taken care of!

Summary: The house was exactly how it looked on the listing and was extremely nice! Humberto was great with communication and answered questions I had very fast. Pool was amazing and large enough for my family and I to enjoy our weekend. Overall the home felt like home away from home! I will definitely book again and appreciate the hospitality.

Summary: I am going to do my best to give justice on the summary of our fabulous stay at this property. When I came across this specific property, I had questions for the host and Humberto was very helpful in providing answers to my questions. However, my partner and I were still anxious and not sure if this property is legit based on the description and pictures online. What didn't help was the lack of review on this property (which I think is truly a shame). So, we requested to view this property prior to confirming our rental. Humberto agreed to show us the property to allay our fears. Once there, we were impressed with how well kept and maintained the property was. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to our host Humberto who showed me nothing but kindness and patience as I navigate my first experience in renting a property via VRBO. I hosted my partner's 60th Birthday with 14 of our closest friends/family and 3 elderly dogs. Check in was the most efficient experience with a code once we arrived at the property. Once inside, the property was immaculate indoor and outdoor. I was particularly impressed that all the amenities such as towels appears new, clean, and crisps; kitchen and bathroom essentials are well stocked. I was in touch with Humberto during our weekend stay and he was very prompt in responding to my queries. In short, my partner and I along with our guests were impressed and quite happy with our stay in this wonderful property.
