Positive: Wonderful cozy place that we hope we'll be staying in again when we return to Athens. Very nice stay, we found that the studio had all the necessary amenities. The AC and blinds were a god-sent. The TV being mobile was also a big plus as we could splay on the couch and watch our shows from whichever angle we please. The neighbourhood wasn't noisy partly due to the position of the studio (facing a backyard of sorts) and party because the neighbours were quiet. Indeed, somewhere in the garden outside someone does have a dog but during our stay it never barked incessantly, like someone else described. The proximity to the metro station was also a huge plus. Given that our stay was mainly focused on going places it was very handy to be able to walk 5 minutes to the metro or just have an Uber Taxi pick you up in no time. Another big plus is the proximity to the supermarkets/bakeries. Easy to get to and they usually have nice deals or, specifically for the bakeries, really tasty stuff from Greek yogurt with fruit to pies, ice cream, tarts, bread and the like. The communication with Dimitri was pretty straightforward and easy, and he was a sweetheart on numerous occasions. He even agreed to meet up after we checked out and forgot clothes at the studio. Not only was he very open and available, so we did get them back very fast, but we almost ended up with an extra hoodie for it :)
Negative: The only minor downside is that there is no room in the studio for the washing machine and dryer. However, they were available at no extra cost in another room of the building, so I am just nitpicking. Again, just a very small inconvenience.

Positive: The space was perfect. The home was well kept in a cute little neighborhood. We were able to ride our bikes to and from the Stagecoach festival, and the price was out of this world good when we were looking for a place to stay. We were able to make most of our meals there so we didn't have to spend too much on eating out or in the festival. It had all the necessities, and I loved the smell of the shower soaps! We were able to utilize the garage for our bikes and appreciated all the additional space. We will definitely be back!
