Summary: The bathroom was not very clean, there was hair in the shower that was not mine. I was also very disappointed that the tour I booked was cancelled only an hour before it was supposed to start. I had no idea it could be cancelled. I had no time to book another tour and my entire day was turned upside down.

Summary: Amazing location. There is a free ferry running all day long to a beautiful private island with prestige water. You need walk up and down hills but it's a beautiful walk. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. You will fell at home. Rooms are dated, the whole resort could do with an update. Food was pricey for what it was. Resort could hire a better chef for sure. I don't mind paying resort prices if quality is there but unfortunately it was disappointing. Overall I say it's a great place if you are looking for tranquility, nice walks, kayaking and snorkeling.

Summary: The staff were all amazing. Very hard working and friendly. Owner/leasership feedback- supportbstaff by organising resources to wash down bathroom and bedroom shutters that we cleaned as they were very dusty Also with high price to stay, invest in new modern firnishing in Bura's ie. chairs and TVs that are more user friendly to use and dont lose internet access

Summary: If you're concerned about needing to ferry to and from the island constantly - don't be. The ride takes about 2mins and the boat operates constantly. The longest you'll ever wait is 5 minutes. We stayed in a waterview fare though not over the water but still excellent. Island has pools on either side as with the bars and restaurants. This means even at peak time (after Christmas) it never feels full of people. The snorkelling was surprisingly excellent, heaps of fish including clown fish despite there not being a reef.
