Positive: Great location with very good ammenities. Staff were friendly and helpful with any requests
Negative: We stayed in an over-water room which while very convenient to the resort’s facilities needed some refurbishment to bring it up to date.
Summary: So pleased we chose to visit Vanuatu. Would definitely recommend visiting for at least a weeks stay

Negative: The property is in need of an upgrade. Rooms are functional but old. Bathrooms in particular are mouldy and old. Food is very poor.

Negative: The service was average and systems were disorganized such as food ordering around the pool area There were no sunbeds around the pool areas which was not very comfortable for guests The room needed renovation and things were not fixed or had temporary fixes

Positive: The resort is like a Pearl in the Bay at Port Vila harbour side! Like a little paradise.
Negative: What you cannot see on the pictures is the noise! An ongoing shippingwork in the harbour with noise from shipengines disturbs all day.

Positive: Iririki Island Resort is a tropical gem just minutes from Port Vila. The setting is stunning — lush gardens, turquoise waters, and incredible sunset views. Our waterfront fare was clean, comfortable, and perfectly positioned. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities, the pools and spa were excellent. We loved the cocktails at the pool Bar

Positive: I really enjoyed the variety of water sports options available at the resort, which kept us engaged and entertained throughout our stay. The resort also organized several activities that were well planned and enjoyable. Regarding breakfast, the selection was excellent with plenty of choices to suit different tastes.
Negative: Even though the resort offers a range of amenities and services expected of a 4-star establishment — including multiple restaurants, pools, a spa, and various recreational activities — our experience felt more like a 3.5-star stay when compared to other hotels we’ve visited, mainly due to the lack of customer service we experienced. We tried to set up the safe in our room and called reception three times in one day, but the issue was never resolved, and we didn’t receive any follow-up despite our repeated requests. Additionally, the TV in the room wasn’t working, and although we reported it, it was never fixed. The sunbeds at the resort were often broken or unavailable, which was disappointing. The pool table was unstable and missing balls, so even though it ticked the box of having one, it wasn’t actually playable. At dinner, we ordered drinks but had to repeatedly remind the staff, and we only received our drinks after we had finished our starters and begun the main course The biggest disappointment was related to our 25th wedding anniversary. We had planned a champagne breakfast to celebrate, as the resort advertises special occasion celebrations. I confirmed the booking with the restaurant staff the day before, and they reassured me everything was arranged. However, when we arrived, nothing had been organised. They said they would set it up shortly, but this would have meant waiting and a rushed experience since we were due to leave at 11 am. Despite this major oversight, the staff did not offer any complimentary gesture or apology, which is something you would expect from a 4-star resort. We had also noted that this was our 25th anniversary at the time of booking, but there was no acknowledgement of this special occasion at all. The website advertises options to personalise the stay, but even after trying to organise special arrangements for our anniversary, none of these were acknowledged or fulfilled during our visit.

Positive: Buffet breakfast was sensational, cocktails and food beautiful, people so lovely, massage was amazing, wish I had booked earlier for another one
Negative: Phone system went down a number of times, had to walk to reception for a couple of things, then when it came back up we got about 3 to 4 calls a day looking for reception, I gave then the extension but took the phone off the hook at night as had one call at 11 pm
