Summary: This was clean, comfortable and perfect for our stay. Location was right where we wanted to be. Use of the golf cart was a plus. Property owner was so easy to work with with quick response. Will definitely stay again!

Summary: Very clean and the home had everything needed. It was nice being able to use to golf cart to get around the park. Boat slips are available when you check in and very close to house. Nice and comfortable deck with couches and a tv.

Summary: Wife and I stayed at this property for our anniversary the first week of March. I admit we were nervous about the spring break timing on Havasu, but the trip couldn’t have gone better. The property is quiet and private yet close enough to the channel to enjoy the nightlife. The home and amenities met all expectations and communication with Todd was flawless. We had our bass boat with us and the short walk to the boat slip was so convenient for going out fishing or cruising the lake. Everyone we dealt with at the resort was friendly and accommodating. We loved every bit of this trip and are already planning to make this a yearly or couple times a year trip.
