Summary: Great little condo! In laws live in Lake Havasu City during the winter. It was our first time being there this time of the year. This condo fit needs perfectly. Great view and location. We walked down to the London Bridge a few times during our stay. We got to see the lighting of the Christmas lights which our son loved.

Summary: The place is roomy, clean if you don’t look in the corners. Beds were comfortable but pillows are awful and wrapped in plastic as well as the second bedroom beds which crinkle every time you move. No blow dryer in unit, I haven’t traveled bringing my own hair dryer for years, they are always provided but owner said “one of the last people took it by accident”, well that means you replace it for the upcoming renters or at the very least let them know you don’t have a blow dryer in the unit, very unhandy for women’s hair.

Summary: We added Lake Havasu to our Spring trip this year. It didn’t disappoint. The location of the condo is great. So many things within walking distance. The pool area and grills were a great addition to the accommodations. Condo was well stocked with everything and very comfortable. Can’t wait to return.

Summary: We stayed in Sam's condo in Queens Bay for 10 weeks and were very satisfied. The condo was in a perfect location, a short walk to the London Bridge and within walking distance to many restaurants. We had an incredible view of the sunrise and sunset every night. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Sam

Summary: Lovely views of the golf course and river, condo was well equipped and clean. Beds were comfortable but would have liked better window coverings as a lot of light come through. Furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed spending time there as much as when seeing Lk Havasu City. Host was great at communicating anytime we had a question.
