Providing guests with ultimate rural seclusion, this rustic farm stay is the perfect family retreat just outside Mudgee. Breathe in the fresh air and stunning rural views while you lounge on the front verandah or fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco amongst lush surroundings. A fenced yard ensures your furry friend is securely contained.

Summary: We had an amazing time in Mudgee staying at Ithaca cottage, all communication and guides sent across were great and the cottage is so beautiful and quiet in a stunning location with alpacas, sheep, kangaroos, cows and bunnies all present on our dog walks. Fully fenced for anyone with dogs and only 15min or so to the town and even less to the wineries, would definitely recommend!

Summary: This was our 7th year at Ithaca Cottage. We (my brother and I, my daughter and her husband) love the place. Great for 4 aduls needing 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Out of town but not too far, quiet and peaceful. Great, well equpped kitchen. Wonderful place to relax.

Summary: We had a great time. Great outlook, out of town away from it all. Good facilities. If you bring dogs, be aware there are sheep grazing in the surrounding paddocks, and there is a great large dog enclosure at the front so you can go out for trips knowing they're safe. Recommended.
