Positive: Modern well maintained hotel. Good quality furnishings and facilities Breakfast very good
Negative: Hotel in the middle of a large renovation. Parking difficult until after workmen finish. Rooms facing onto courtyard looking at building site. Hotel needs to better communicate to potential clients about this. We were offered an alternative room which was appreciated and we still stayed. However if we had been advised of the ongoing work in advance it would be less of a shock on arrival. Once you are at the poolside it is not so intrusive.

Positive: Nice modern room, very good breakfast, helpful staff, good location among the vineyards.
Negative: The spa area is rather small. It wouldn't be a problem if the jacuzzi was warmer. The sauna seemed home-made out of a big wine barrel with a glass opening to the vineyard - stylish concept but absolutely non-functional. No insulation of the barrel, just plain wood, so when you sit further from the heater, it's actually cold.

Positive: Pool, sauna, on-site parking, proximity to different points of interest. Our overall experience was great. Staff was very helpful and accomodative. Zhenia at the bar area provided great support :)
Negative: There is no on-site restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Negative: Room 3, despite being “Superior” needs a serious makeover. Room smells bad, appliances are super old and falling apart, holes in the furniture, electricity plugs not working, and AC noisy. Also, spa costs extra.

Negative: Our room lock didn’t work and we were told it is because it was a wood door. We had to sleep without locking it which made us feel so unsafe. The coffee machine was dirty and was leaking water
