Summary: I admit the first impression is dulled by the faint smell of old deodorizer, but it is really only at the entry by the garage. The rest of the house is just fine. The amenities are as advertised. Nice fenced-in backyard. Bed was comfortable and living area was great for hanging out.

Summary: It was all we needed, pet friendly. But if the previous guests were charged for pet cleaning, then we should be reimbursed for our pet. I understand pets can be a liability but just saying... Still everything worked out for family while I was having surgery at St Mary's!

Summary: My husband and I were helping relocate our daughter and family from Florida to Rochester and we stayed in this lovely home for almost two weeks. The home is very well kept and very clean. We enjoyed the snow and were very happy that someone came and cleaned the driveway and sidewalks of snow!

Summary: We stayed at Jasmine house for two weeks in Oct of 2020 for treatment at Mayo Clinic. Was wonderful! Beautiful house and neighborhood. The only negative was the Roku tv.

Summary: Property manager was very responsive & easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay at this location & loved that it was in a quiet, established, friendly neighborhood! Great location to get to places in Rochester easily. Only recommendation would be adding some hooks outside the shower on main living area for towels/clothing. Otherwise, it was very well appointed with several amenities!
