Summary: I stayed here while I had several days of appointments at Mayo. Located in a quiet neighborhood and easy walk to Mayo, this was perfect. The home is absolutely charming and has everything you need. Things went seamlessly from check in to check out. Property manager responded promptly to questions and was great to work with when I needed a little extra time to check out. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Summary: We had a great stay. The house was big enough for everyone to enjoy their own space and then come together for meals. Very clean and decorated very cute. Plenty of towels and extras little blankets. The hospital is a short 10 minute walk away and everything else you could need is super close by! The owner responds to messages quickly and the neighbors are all so kind! Would stay again and highly recommend!

Summary: We were scheduled for a five-day stay that ended up being more. The hosts were beyond accommodating with our tentative timeline as we awaited test results that determined the length of our visit. I cannot imagine being any more comfortable and in close proximity to the Mayo facilities we needed. Many thanks to the responsive hosts who made sure we had what we needed. I’d 100 percent recommend this comfortable place to anyone needing a stay in Rochester. It’s close to everything you could need.
