Summary: Location was great! The cottage was great for our family of five…. It definitely could of been cleaner (top of fridge was FILTHY, floors dirty, cabinets had a greasy film all over it, ceiling fans were dusty and we kept sneezing, hair left in the shower) I have to say, I felt comfortable to sleep there and like I said, overall, would stay again if they deep cleaned the cottage

Summary: We arrived and the smell of sewage was throughout the reception and 2nd floor Howies restaurant area. We had no locker for our skies as the lock was broken. They said they would fix it but never did during our three night stay. Hooks in our bathroom were hanging off the wall leaving exposed screws and drywall. The bathroom sink did not work, no drainage. Pulled the drain out and covered in bacteria and black mould. Staff at reception were very grumpy and short tempered with our requests.

Summary: The cottage was not very clean, dishwasher full, no shampoo or body soap. Trash in the patio from previous customers. Shuttle worked well.

Summary: The parking was dirty but this had to be expected as it is in the mountains. The shuttle drivers were all very friendly and funny!! The family really loved it!!

Summary: Very nice room great mnt veiw and full kitchen, loved it , kids also. ..need bigger trash barrels ....used all 3 small ones...excellent staff. Pricey but worth it.

Summary: Property was not ski in/ski out as advertised. From the cabins, you have to walk anywhere from 1/4 mile to 1/2 mile to the lift depending on where your cabin is located. Also, to use pool or hot tub, it is $45 per day per person. Customer service was lacking in serval areas. The check in process was not clear. We received three different sets of instructions when trying to claim ski passes, none of which were 100% accurate and affected the start of our first day. Hannah in Guest Services was rude and said customer service was not her job. First impressions are huge and Jay Peak did not deliver on this. Next time I will choose differently.
