Positive: The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were nice. The location was good, only a short drive to anywhere in Eugene. Overall experience was good.

Negative: There were spiders everywhere. I can't tell you how many we killed. They were on walls, ceilings, the floor, and my daughter killed one that was in the bed with her. The house definitely needs to be treated for spiders. The bathtub needs a drain plug. We had to use a bath rag stuffed down in it in order to take a bath because the tub plug doesn't work. Other recommendations - needs a full length mirror somewhere in the house, would have been nice to have coffee, sweetener/sugar, and creamer - at least enough for one pot for the first day. We arrived at almost midnight (late flight in) and would have appreciated coffee in the morning. This is the first rental I've stayed at that didn't provide that. There was some coffee in a container, but it wasn't even to make a pot and there was no cream or sweeteners/sugar. Also the rail on the patio is very wobbly - which is a little scary considering it is on a second floor.

Positive: It was a nice little spacious place. They accommodated whenever requested of anything unreasonable time.

Negative: We did have issues with spiders in rooms(on beds), kitchen above table and bathroom. I didn't really bug me LOL but my kids were scared.
