Positive: Quiet spot with a balcony upstairs. Very close and walkable to UO/Amazon Park etc. It’s set up like two separate units, but you get both. Upstairs is a king bed, kitchenette, and bathroom with tub. Downstairs is a queen bed, kitchenette, and bath with shower.
Negative: The hidden charges that came with the contract you have to sign after booking. The pet fee was $143 for a two night stay and then they either put a $600 hold on your card or charge a nonrefundable $63 for incidentals. When I saw these fees in the contact, I tried to immediately cancel my stay, but it would have still cost me $188 to do so.
Summary: I’d stay here again if it weren’t for all the up charges found after booking.

Positive: The location was fantastic. It was large and comfy and all the comforts of home. Great AC and we loved the balcony. If you are looking for a great place to stay that’s clean safe and affordable you should book this location. I will be back for sure.

Positive: Comfortable clean quiet loved having upstairs and downstairs both very comfortable! Great location close to YMCA and University of Oregon and in particular Hayward Stadium where I watched the 2025 version of the Big Ten Track and Field Championships!
Negative: I found NOTHING to dislike!

Positive: We had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped and allowed us to eat in most of the time vs eating out. The apartment is close to a grocery store and many restaurants. The furnishings were newer and comfortable.
Negative: Adding a bathtub slip mat would be a good addition for safety. My only complaint is that I'm not familiar with the ROKU TV and how to use it. It's not as user friendly as some other systems like YouTube TV.
Summary: Good location, well maintained and reasonably priced. We felt safe the entire time.
