Our dock can moor two plus personal or rental boats at the house. The kitchen has everything you need for grab-and-go meals and gourmet food prep, including a wet bar with a second sink and wine chiller. The butler's pantry includes a second stove, refrigerator, and laundry facilities. The upstairs great room has painted wood plank cathedral ceilings and a dining area with ample seating for 8 and 3 at the breakfast bar. The lake-side upper deck is the entire width of the home, with generous space to relax and mingle. It also includes dining for 6. With two bedrooms upstairs, the master suite is lakeside with deck access to a semi-private seating area. The downstairs consists of a living room, dining for 8, with an additional sink and refrigerator, two bedrooms, and access to the lower level covered area and fire table.
The property is conveniently located - 1/2 mile to a public boat launch, restaurants, bars, and the infamous Tom's Donuts.
Pontoons, Fishing boats, and Jet Skis are available to rent locally.

Summary: This lake home was perfect in every way! Not only was the house beautiful & comfortable but the location was great too. We love being near Tom's Donuts :) We like the quietness of Jimmerson Lake & being able to sit on the back deck with a fire table at night was awesome! The house is stocked with everything you want in a rental & we loved having the kayak & paddleboards to use as well. Suzanne, the host was most accommodating. We would love to stay at Jimmerson Blue again!

Summary: Our family really enjoyed our summer vacation at this lake house. The interior was very clean and had all higher end finishings. The property manager communicated very well and provided lots of helpful information. The only downside for our family was that we could not bring our goldendoodle with us.
