Positive: It is a nice location so close to everything in Como.
Negative: There are two bedrooms. One has beds for five and the second bedroom has one twin bed. Weird!! There is only one bathroom. Both the bathtub/shower and the shower stall are in one room. Pictures suggest otherwise.
Summary: Not ideal unless you want all to sleep in same room.

Positive: Location was amazing. Overall apartment was very nice. Spacious and clean and plenty of beds. Good amenities provided. Customer service was very quick to reply.
Negative: WiFi was super slow. Tele was small. Not all the beds were made as requested for a family of 5, 2 out of the 4 were completely done 1 half way and the last one not at all. But we found some sheets and cases. The ironing board was way to small for use. A normal one would have been nice. Also main gate couldn't be opened from the inside was not a good thing. Some sockets didn't fit the plugs but that seems to be an issue most places have. Some rails and hooks in the toilets would be great. And some bins too. A coffee table and an arm chair for living room for more seating and to place our coffees.

Negative: One key is not enough for 6 persons. There were no instruction about garbage split per bins. D not recomend for 6 adults, is not convenient to climb up the stair to the upper bed. One chai was very dirty.

Positive: Excellent location, clean, tidy and having two bathrooms was a definite positive. Expected it to be poor as such good value for money, but was very pleasantly surprised.
Negative: The only negative was that there wasn’t a corkscrew!
Summary: Perfect for a short stay in a great location. Excellent value.

Positive: complete facilities, appliances. great location near funicular, docks, and groceries, restaurants. beautiful area for walking.
Negative: very strict electricity limit, so we needed to be very conservative in using appliances to avoid power outage. both apartments were attached to a single meter so overusage in one causes both to trip the breaker limit.
