Positive: Very well located hotel. The room was big with comfortable bed. There was a fan, which was at great use in the afternoon. Easy check in. The lady at the reception allowed me to store my luggage for a few hours after checking out. Overall, we had a very nice stay!

Positive: amenities was awesome, especially the kitchen and they also had a coin laundry service so I could do my laundry! The room was big and the location was far away enough to escape the noise of Zurich but close enough for me to still walk to the main station and to visit the shops. I love the overall atmosphere of the guesthouse and understand why people choose to stay here longterm.
Negative: Just a minor detail but one that will catch visitors offguard - that the reception hours on booking.com are inaccurate! The guesthouse ends reception hours by 14.30 but I think I've seen it as 17.30 here. There was no issue for me because I arrived early (and had the benefit of an early check in too, woohoo!!) but others who arrive after will need to check themselves in

Positive: It has an S-Bahn station only a few minutes walk away and you can go anywhere you would like from there. It is also nice and centrally located so that except for a few places, everything is within a 20 minute walk.
Negative: The S-Bahn runs past midnight so if you have your window open it can be hard to fall asleep.
Summary: Loved the place and was exactly what I was looking for.

Positive: I only stayed overnight en route to hike the Leichtenstein Trail, but for this purpose it was perfect. It's just a 10-minute walk from Zurich HB railway station and I passed multiple cafes and restaurants on my way. Breakfast was available and included in the room price, but unfortunately I had to leave before it was served in order to catch my train. Room was spacious and quiet, and the bed was comfy. Would definitely stay here again.
Negative: Nothing.

Positive: very clean and the room was big. bed was comfortable. the receptionist was very helpful. There were many shops and caffes close to the hotel.
Negative: The bathroom was small as well as the lift. The breakfast had no wide variety of food.
