Welcome to our 2350 SF Jr. Penthouse located at Monaco Condo, in the center of Jaco Beach. Monaco Condominiums are centrally located, guarded 24/7 and is a beautifully landscaped complex.
There is 1700 SF in the main living which consist of two bedrooms and two baths. This condo has been up dated with new furniture and a leather sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed. This unit sleeps 6 and all beds have Temper-Pedic type mattresses. There are three patios, one off the living room and one off each bedroom. There is a gourmet kitchen complete with everything. There is granite throughout the condo.
The 650 SF Patio is half covered and half open. It has a wet bar, mini refrigerator, 42" TV, wicker patio furniture, Lounging furniture, barbeque grill, a half bath and a hot tub.
Located right in the heart of Jaco and walking distance to all of the famous Jaco night life, restaurants, beach bars, major grocery stores, liquor stores, the beach, pharmacies, shopping and much more!!

Summary: Nice place, responsive owner, great location, great staff. Five stars for everything, except had to give two stars overall as the condo was clearly not the one in the pictures. No TV on the patio, significantly downgraded patio furniture, no double sink in master bath, main room furniture not nearly as nice (or plentiful), master bedroom furniture not nearly as nice, etc. etc. So, overall, everything was good for what it was... it's just that it wasn't what was advertised.

Summary: This property is VERY nice. It is clean, comfortable and very well stocked with everything you need. Chad was very responsive and helpful. The staff at Monaco are excellent. Having the rooftop patio/kitchen/bbq with the tv and hot tub was icing on the cake! The grocery and liquor store is directly across the street. There is a great Italian discount store in the strip mall that sells charcuterie, homemade pasta dishes, pizza and wine at great prices. The beach is only a block away and for $5 USD you can rent a lounge chair and umbrella. I don’t think there is a better place to stay in Jaco.

Summary: Stayed for 1 week, everything needed was walking distance. very big condo with comfortable beds and furniture. Security and office people were very nice and helpful. Rooftop jacuzzi was very nice. definitely will return

Summary: We had an amazing time during our time in Jaco, in large part due to our accommodations. The gals at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly, as were all of the people at Jaco. The condo was clean and well furnished and the beds were so comfortable that we're planning on purchasing a Temperpedic for our home! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils and there were grocery stores nearby, which made having meals at the condo a breeze. The location of the condo is great. It's super close to the beach and shopping, and we were able to go on several excursions right in Jaco. We were surprised that the deck was on a different floor (top floor), as we must have missed this in the description. It worked out fine though and allowed us an additional place to hang out in the evenings. The jacuzzi tub didn't work at first, and it did take two visits from the maintenance person. It never would get very warm, so we didn't use it much. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo and renter. We had an amazing time in Jaco!

Summary: The staff provided excellent customer service and was extremely accommodating to my specific situation. I was arriving on late flight and I asked if I could check in late and if they could get me some basic groceries. Check in was easy and I had food in my fridge when everything in town was already closed. Thank you. The 2 bedroom is spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. There is onsite parking, elevator, pool, bike rack, and security. This place is 2 blocks from the beach and a couple meters from the principle street. I would definitely recommend if you require something that is spacious, extremely comfortable, and accommodating staff. Thank you
