The 10 story Palms boutique Condo complex is located on the quiet north end of Jaco beach. You can walk the 15 minutes to the center of town where you will find numerous shops, great restaurants, nightlife, supermarkets, and banks. You can also grab a cab/uber into town for about $3-5. No additional booking fees or resort fees!
You can rent a car but it is not needed.
Parking.....there is a small lot directly in front of the Palms with 7 spaces. Spaces are on a first come first served basis, with priority given to handicap. We have an additional lot a few meters down the road with plenty of overflow parking that is shared with Crocs employees.
This is our second home and we spend a lot of time here. The unit is updated and well maintained with all the conveniences you would need. The master bedroom has an ensuite and the other full bath is shared between the 2 guest bedrooms. There is an additional 1/2 bath. The large terrace has dining for 6 with additional chaise loungers and a grill, it is like another outdoor room. The kitchen is well equipped if you'd like to cook meals in or have a chef cook in-house for you.

This 3 Bedrooms Condo provides accommodation with Pool, Designated Smoking Area, Sports/Activities, for your convenience. This Condo features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or probably a longer vacation with family, friends or group. The rental Condo has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms to make you feel right at home.

Summary: Great balcony and outstanding view. 3 king beds is a life saver with tall family members. Everything was well appointed. Loved being able to use Crocs pool and bar. Communication was fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Summary: Could not be more pleased with the property or the service. Had 3 20yr old boys who just raved about how cool this place was, especially the back porch and the view. Very clean and very spacious and the heated toilet seat in the master was a banger. We will be back and we will stay here again if available.

Summary: Truly 5 stars. The condo was absolutely amazing in every aspect. Wonderful location, use of the Croc pool was very nice. Everything you needed was provided, beach chair, towels, coolers, boogie boards. Just show up and enjoy.

Summary: I can't say enough great things about this condo, Shelley, and Raquel. It was our first time to Costa Rica and we truly had the best week. Raquel helped select and book all of our tours and arranged our transportation for the entire week. The condo was very spacious, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The patio was the perfect place to spend the mornings and end the evenings. The Crocs pool and restaurants were great. I would highly recommend this condo and you can't get better than Shelley and Raquel.

Summary: I try very hard to give accurate reviews for the properties we stay in, and I almost never give a 5 star rating. I think it is very important to give accurate reviews so that people know what to expect, and can make good decisions about where to stay. I have had owners contact me, and even threaten me when I have left less than stellar (but accurate) reviews. But in this case, this property exceeded my expectations in almost every way. I am thrilled to be able to give this property 5 stars, and I truly believe it deserves this high rating! First, nowhere in the description that I saw did it mention that the condo has bidet toilet seats. We have these at home and will never be without them in any future home. So we were THRILLED to find that all 3 toilets had bidet seats! Good ones, too. So again, this was an enormous plus. This is a roomy condo with one of the largest and nicest balconies we have ever encountered. From the balcony we were able to see macaws fly by on a daily basis, and once we were able to see them from above. What an incredible sight!!! And, we were also able to see Crux in the night sky, AKA The Southern Cross every night very clearly right from the balcony. Tremendous views that we enjoyed very much. The beds are all excellent. This is one of the areas where many condo's fail. I'll admit that I'm a bit of a snob, and I enjoy the finer things in life. The quality of mattresses in this unit was top notch, and I slept comfortably every night
