2 Bedroom Condo in Barrio Los Villalobos, jaco

This is an end unit on the top floor of the 2br units with no other condo above you, 7th floor oceanfront with amazing views on one of the quiet and cleanest parts of the beach in jaco. All furniture was purchased new in 2/16. You are right next door to a large casino resort and have access to the pools, restaurants, bars, night club and casino. We have gated private parking on site and additional parking a block away. The unit is 1500 sq feet including the large balcony which offers amazing veiws. There is table seating for 6 outside plue lounge chairs, rocking chairs and a couch to relax on. Getting to town is a simply 10-15 minute walk or $3 taxi ride so no need to have a car. Jaco has dozons of restaurants, bars, surf shops and things to do so no getting board. All rentals that are 1 month or longer exclude cost of electricity. The cost of electricity charges will be added to monthly rents and pro rated for the time you are there. (this only applies to rentals of 28 days or longer) We take pride in constantly upgrading the condo so it maintains a hotel like atmosphere.

Summary: Wonderful beaches. Close to town and eating places. Had a plumbing issue with bathroom sink, plumber was onsite within 4 hours.

Summary: We stayed at this location Nov18-Dec 4 2024. Excellent location. Very clean and well stocked! The property management group were amazing and helped us organize our tours ahead of time. The staff at the property and at the Crocs Casino Resort were professional and gracious. We had a wonderful vacation.

Summary: I can only rave about our stay at The Palms. Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the location was great, there are great places to eat nearby. Honestly, I couldn’t have imagined a better experience and give our stay a 10 out of 10! Perfection!

Summary: Exactly as described! The condo is comfortable, has all the amenities, great air conditioning, lovely art work, close to restaurants and feels very safe. The view from the balcony is the best part. Saw gorgeous sunsets, a full moon lighting up the ocean and the beauty of a thunderstorm. Just hanging out on the balcony with my binoculars,I saw at least 15 different bird species, two iguanas, several squirrels. Took long walks on the beach. Property management fantastic to work with - arranging tours and responding to our queries without delay ( thanks esp to Roger and Jess). Highly recommend!

Summary: Our stay in Jacó was great at this beachfront condo. Having access to the best pool in Jacó at the resort next door was a highlight! Richard was awesome to work with and the condo was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We would love to stay here again!

Summary: This place was great! Perfect location, property exceeded expectations. Very large covered deck with great sunset views. We were there over new year's and we had a bird's eye view of the fireworks. Seriously, the best view in Jaco! Everyone at Dreamaker's was so easy and helpful to work with. Richard was super helpful with any questions I had. I cannot recommend this property enough. I would come back in a heartbeat!
