2 Bedroom Apartment in Antibes

Residence Les Eucalyptus is ideally situated in a marvelous palmtree park of 2,5ha, at only 300 meters from the sandy beaches and the restaurants in the harbor. The Residence is entirely fenced, the parking spaces are located inside of the fenced area. There are 2 swimming pool available, 1 for small children. This Residence is highly recommended to families with children, because of the large fenced garden, the 2 swimming pools(14m x 7m and 4mx 7m) and the beach.
The supermarket and other shops are also within walking distance (approx. 300 meters) as well as the busstop to Nice Airport and Cannes (100 meters).
The apartment ( with air conditionning) is nicely furnished and very comfortable for up to 4 pers.. It has a surface of 70m2 and consist of a livingroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 showerroom, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine) and a large terrace of 12m2 with beautiful view on the palmtrees in the garden. The price varies from 690€ per week to 1450€ per week, depending on the season.

Summary: We stayed here for one week and had a brilliant holiday. The apartment is very handy for Nice Airport. We hired a car so we could travel around a bit and it was only a 20 min drive from the airport. The apartment is in a nice safe and quiet area with lovely gardens perfectly maintained..Quiet atmosphere. It is very close to a local supermarket (can walk or drive!) and a few minutes drive from Antibes or Cannes. The apartment was exactly as described and very clean and well equipped and we had everything we could ever need on a self catering holiday! We really enjoyed lunches on the large and sunny terrace after a spot of swimming and sunbathing at the pool. We also ventured out to visit Biot, Gourdon, Saint Paul de Vence and also the old town Antibes which has many great restaurants for an evening meal out. We highly recommend this apartment and hopefully we will be lucky enough to go back another year!

Summary: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. .FYI, the photos don't lie, it's a cozy, very well-appointed, modern, thoughtful and chic apartment, very, very clean. The location is excellent and central to enjoy local restaurants, beaches, sightseeing... Eddy was excellent and fast on the communication and the check in and check out were very smooth. I would come back in a heart beat!

Summary: I had a short nevertheless wonderful stay here ; the house was very clean and offered everything I needed. I feeled just like at home in this well decorated and cozy interior .
